Your role will include: Designing, building, and maintaining a large scale Django application for a rapidly growing Project Based Learning SaaS product. Along with creating and maintaining new and existing python packages and code, you will be responsible for performance tuning and streamlining our current Python/Django codebase. You will be working directly with the CEO, lead software developer, third party developers, and meeting with clients on a daily basis. These are the skills you need to have Absolute expert in designing, building, and maintaining web applications built with Python and Django.- Solid foundation in developing REST APIs Ability to create and maintain distributed systems that span multiple servers and systems Creating application layer tests in Pythons unittest package and creating UI tests with Selenium Strong background in SQL, specifically Postgresql, and experience with Elasticsearch Understand asynchronous task queue/job concepts and have experience with Pythons Celery package You can work with front end technologies like jQuery, Reactjs, and Bootstrap You have DevOps experience and can manage servers with Ansible and Jenkins You enjoy organizing tasks in Asana You will enjoy great benefits:Government Holidays and Paid time off - Medical/Dental Coverage - Company pays 83% of employee premium - and employee stock options Position: Employee Position: Employee Work Schedule: Full-time Remote: No Relocation: No Salary: Not Specified How to Apply
