Our client is looking for a
Project Manager
with experience in structural steel .
Project Managers analyze projects to determine scope, schedule requirements, and necessary materials. They also coordinate detail, fabrication & erection to effectively bring their projects within budget and on schedule. Project Manager Benefits: Base salary $75 90k with profit sharing bonus Company truck and phone will be provided Medical, dental and vision insurance First-Time Home buyer Incentive with optional home-buying references and a $500 bonus PTO/ Sick time 401K plan with Profit Sharing Contributions Project Manager Responsibilities Manage structural steel projects from start to finish, including scope review, scheduling, budgeting, and profitability. Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with detailing, purchasing, fabrication, erection teams, and subcontractors. Track and manage change orders, schedules, and project documentation. Maintain customer relationships, enforce safety standards, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Report employee time, absences, and performance issues to HR. Project Manager Requirements Valid Arizona drivers license; ability to pass background and drug screening. 35 years of project/construction management experience Must have experience with structural steel projects such as installations and/or welding Proficient at BlueBeam and/or Tekla software systems
