Principal Function

The

Premium Cashier

ensures guests receive exceptional service at points of sale across premium spaces (clubs, VIP bars, and lounges). This role supports retail food and beverage operations in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. The top priority is to

accurately and efficiently process cash and credit transactions

while upholding Sodexo Live!'s service, safety, and compliance standards.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide warm, efficient service to all premium guests. Accurately process transactions (cash/credit) following

Sodexo Live! cash-handling and PCI

procedures. Verify age/ID and follow all responsible alcohol service policies. Maintain a clean, organized workstation; restock products and supplies as needed. Adhere to all

food safety, sanitation, and allergen

protocols. Communicate clearly with teammates, runners, and supervisors to ensure prompt service. Support opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and basic end-of-shift paperwork. Follow all venue and company policies; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Skills

High school diploma or equivalent. TIPS/TEAM

(or equivalent) preferred. Meets Florida legal requirements to serve alcoholic beverages. Comfortable using POS/digital registers; basic technology aptitude. Able to perform simple math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and make accurate change-including high-value transactions. Strong guest-service mindset; professional communication and teamwork. Ability to work independently in a

high-volume, fast-paced

setting. Flexible availability: days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Other Requirements

Work safely around wet floors, temperature extremes, and noise. Lift and carry up to

50 lbs ; maneuver in tight or crowded spaces. Event schedules may require extended or irregular hours.
