This role serves as the primary contact for all Ralph Lauren family businesses within the portfolio. The focus will be on driving sales, maintaining high selling standards, building strong relationships with accounts, and providing training to in-store teams.
Business Acumen & Communication
Understand the business's current state, including annual volume, best sellers, and seasonal trends.
Send bi-weekly business recaps covering sales trends, sell-through of key programs, class selling, AUR, and margin improvements.
Share insights and opportunities internally with account partners and leadership.
Review business performance with store management, sales, planning teams, and retail development leadership to identify opportunities during each visit.
Build and maintain strong account partnerships and collaborate continuously.
Implement strategies outlined by leadership to drive sales growth and profitability.
In-Store Presentation
Conduct weekly walkthroughs of all business areas, assessing and taking action as needed promptly. Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with Ralph Lauren strategies and guidelines. Execute floor moves based on seasonal directives, adjusting for business trends. Maintain high standards for store maintenance, including timely inventory processing, pricing, and markdowns. Regularly walk through each department, making assessments and taking necessary actions. Ensure the store's stockroom is organized for efficient replenishment.
Coaching & Training
Enhance retail performance through disciplined business management across all Ralph Lauren brands. Conduct product and selling seminars to develop a knowledgeable and professional sales team, focusing on improving regular-priced sales and customer experience. Demonstrate and provide selling techniques to empower team members.
Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Qualifications Ability to articulate a compelling vision to inspire others, from customers to colleagues. Ability to develop influential, collaborative relationships internally and externally. Strong business acumen; data-driven mindset. Motivated, independent self-starter with a professional attitude. Basic computer skills and photography knowledge. College degree preferred.
