What You'll Do Tax Leadership & Strategy Lead preparation and review of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services for individuals and businesses Research and resolve complex tax issues with well-documented positions and memos Oversee sales tax compliance and reporting Client Relationship Management Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive communication Deliver tailored solutions that address client concerns and goals Represent the firm with professionalism and strategic insight Team Development & Mentorship Guide and mentor junior staff, interns, and senior accountants Provide technical support and foster professional growth across the team Promote a collaborative, positive work culture Operational Excellence Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Leverage tax software (CCH, Thomson Reuters) to optimize workflows Maintain accurate time and project records Business Development Identify cross-selling opportunities and support proposal development Participate in networking and client acquisition efforts Position Details Title: Tax Manager (CPA Required) Level: Manager/ Senior Manager Placement Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $100,000$150,000+ DOE Locations: Tigard, Oregon or Salem, Oregon Workplace Type: Onsite with hybrid flexibility post-training Apply Today - Take the next step in your career and join a firm where your leadership makes a lasting impact.
