(BISD) seeks a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Analytics and Testing Support Team. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and initiative. The Business Analyst will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, articulated, and documented. The role involves working in Agile (Sprint) and Waterfall methodologies for SDLC, ensuring customer requirements are met through development and delivery of enhancements. Key Responsibilities Act as the voice of the customer, working with IT and business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and needs. Develop expertise in customers applications and data management, advocating for the customer throughout SDLC. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies. Diagram current processes and propose modifications using process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Document customer requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to improve processes. Translate requirements into Agile Epics and Features; create user stories aligned with customer goals. Map user stories to technical designs, ensuring solutions meet expectations. Group related user stories into features; document dependencies. Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog. Perform Quality Analyst functions, defining test plans and executing tests to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate and document User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders. Required skills and experience Minimum 10 years of experience in business and data analysis with a customer-focused approach. 5+ years as an Agile Business Analyst with Scrum knowledge. Experience managing Product and Sprint backlogs. Proficiency translating requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories. Strong data analysis and SQL/database experience. Experience with acceptance criteria and test case development. Proficiency with Azure DevOps and/or Jira. Expertise with Microsoft Office suite. Experience with reporting systems and data warehouses. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP. Experience with automated testing tools like TestComplete, Cucumber, Selenium.
