Systems Integration Specialist
Noblis is seeking experienced professionals to support the navy's large enterprise networks. These roles will support critical engineering, technical, and programmatic efforts in alignment with PEO Digital, PMW 205, and NIWC Pacific requirements. Team members will work on the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of Navy IT systems, including modernization efforts such as cloud infrastructure and network convergence. Positions require collaboration with government and contractor personnel in a dynamic environment with both CONUS and OCONUS responsibilities. The Systems Integration Specialist (Level III and IV) is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of The Navy's Large Enterprise Networks systems, aligning with modernization initiatives and DoD requirements. This role focuses on interoperability, configuration management, and the successful deployment of IT systems within the Navy's enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities: Oversee system and network integration efforts, ensuring interoperability across platforms and services. Support the deployment and sustainment of integrated IT solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Collaborate with engineering, network, and cybersecurity teams to align system configurations with DoD standards. Develop and maintain integration documentation, including configuration baselines and implementation procedures. Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity frameworks, including RMF, STIGs, and Zero Trust principles. Troubleshoot integration challenges and recommend solutions to improve system performance and reliability. Required Qualifications: Level III: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 7+ years of IT professional experience. Compensation: $93,200 - $145,550 Level IV: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 14+ years (Bachelor's) of relevant professional experience. (OR Master's Degree and 10+ years) Compensation: $124,000 - $193,750 Desired Qualifications: Experience with cloud integration and hybrid IT architecture. Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN) and automation tools. Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or SCCM. Proficiency in documentation tools and integration workflows.
