The
IT Manager
reports to the CFO and is based in Charlotte, NC. Responsible for the governance of PHT's information systems to improve efficiencies, working with outside vendors to ensure equipment, hardware, and software meet company needs. Ensure all locations adhere to the same standards and are in compliance. Job Responsibilities
Develop, update, and implement IT policies and best practices Identify and recommend procedures and systems to improve efficiency Manage IT contracts, controlling costs and budgets Partner with vendors for hardware and software support Manage and request purchases for IT Capex (servers, firewalls, switches, etc.) Monitor network tickets for resolution and escalation Implement cybersecurity measures in conjunction with vendors Design and maintain disaster recovery plans globally Ensure compliance with internal standards for quality of service Manage the Global IT team: Regional China Manager and 2 local IT Support staff Collaborate with departments to support their technology needs NetSuite Administration: support, documentation, development, data migrations, and system improvements Configure SharePoint environments and maintain site organization Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Over 5 years' experience in IT operations, systems management, and implementation Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite administration and customization Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English Strategic thinking and time management abilities Self-motivated with keen attention to detail Ability to motivate teams and manage priorities Proficiency in Office 365 and intermediate computer skills PHT International, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
