Onsite/Hybrid Description: A Sr. Construction Manager is responsible for all technical aspects of telecommunications equipment deployment and ASP management at assigned sites, including site suitability assessment, supplier selection, scope validation with RF and suppliers, equipment and materials distribution, site access management, and planning and scheduling of installation and construction activities. This includes setting project schedules, forecasting, sequencing work, monitoring progress against milestones, updating schedules, and representing the venue during supplier reviews, customer visits, government inspections, and safety audits. The role involves conducting audits during construction, ensuring completion according to standards, evaluating punch list items, managing budgets, coordinating with Customer Project Managers, and delegating administrative tasks to support organizations. The Senior Construction Manager partners with / supports the Remote Construction Manager and assists the IBCM on complex projects. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of 7+ years of relevant industry experience. Degree in a related field. Completion of basic technology or trade coursework, specifically MCA Small Cell RAN systems (DOT, PDAS, ODAS). Experience in designing solutions and working with RF to optimize performance. Ability to assess site feasibility and provide site design consulting. Experience working in both large and small venues. Experience managing general contractors and estimating construction scope (In-building, Backhaul, Maintenance). Knowledge of troubleshooting practices and techniques. Understanding of site acquisition, zoning, permitting, landlord negotiations, leasing laws, jurisdictional requirements, and environmental compliance. Ability to interface effectively with customers, property owners, and external personnel. Basic knowledge of contracts and budgets. Completion of OSHA 30-hour course for the telecommunications industry.
