Maintain system and documentation to support the issue process. All policies and endorsements must be issued as bound and within the timeframe defined within American Specialtys underwriting authority agreement. Any other job-related duties as assigned by the Policy Services Director. **Skills & Experience to Be Successful:** Two or more years of experience in insurance-related customer service position. General knowledge of ISO policy forms including manuscript coverage forms.
