Junior Mortgage Processor

We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Junior Mortgage Processor to join our fast-paced mortgage operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with 12 years of mortgage experience who are confident managing loan documentation and submission workflows. Familiarity with Encompass is highly preferred. As a Junior Processor, you'll own your pipeline and ensure mortgage files are processed accurately and efficiently from intake through submission. Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Management: Independently manage a pipeline of mortgage files, maintaining proactive communication with applicants, bankers, and third-party stakeholders to ensure timely progress. Documentation Collection: Gather and organize all necessary documentation from applicants and relevant sources to build complete and compliant loan files. Issue Resolution: Review loan data to identify and resolve issues that could delay submission, ensuring files are clean and ready for underwriting. File Submission: Upload and submit complete loan packages for initial underwriting review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications

12 years of experience in mortgage processing or a related field Proficiency with Encompass loan origination software (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously Comfortable with loan submission processes and documentation requirements Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
