is a historic hotel built in 1937, renowned for its exceptional Five Star, Five Diamond service. It offers an outstanding lodging and dining experience and is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places, as a Historic Hotel of America, and in top travel awards. Essential Duties: Assist servers with clearing tables in a Five Star manner. Provide water and coffee service throughout the meal. Serve bread and butter. Maintain dining room stations before, during, and after service, including polishing silverware, glassware, folding linen napkins, and keeping the station clean. Reset tables to a Five Star standard. Handle glassware and dinnerware carefully to avoid breakage. Assist the Servers and learn all aspects of the role to achieve mastery. Prioritize guest needs to ensure a Five Star dining experience. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of food service or restaurant experience. Excellent public contact skills. Availability for all shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and work standing for long periods. Expectations: Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiastic mindset. Greet everyone warmly and professionally. Show respect and cooperate with colleagues and management.
