Warehouse Worker Temp-To-Hire
We're hiring a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Menomonee Falls. This position requires forklift experience and offers a clear growth path starting at $20/hour with an increase to $22/hour upon permanent hire. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld scanners. Operate forklifts (sit-down or stand-up, depending on site) to transport pallets and materials. Stage orders for outbound shipments. Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines. Qualifications: Prior warehouse, order picking, or shipping/receiving experience preferred. Forklift experience required (valid certification a plus or ability to certify on-site). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift. Strong attention to detail and basic math/reading skills. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
