Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. "Ka'ana Kitchen"
is the premier restaurant in Wailea in a second-to-none location. Featuring dishes using the freshest local ingredients and prepared in a kiawe wood burning oven, the menu direction is dictated by what is fresh and in season. This full service restaurant caters to resort guests and local patrons every day for breakfast and dinner.
Jui cers are responsible for operating equipment that mixes or blends ingredients to create juice blends according to restaurant specifications . Juicers set up and re-stock the juice bar with clean cups and juice. They are responsible for operating, cleaning and maintaining all tools (e.g., blenders, food processors, paring knives) that are used on the job. This includes troubleshooting, making minor repairs and alerting management if a piece of equipment is irreparable. The juice maker is also responsible for ensuring that the food preparation area is clean, maintaining compliance with any employer policies and government regulations. Juicers are responsible for completing all side-work as directed by the end of the shift.
