Candidates must submit a copy of their driver's license. No Nursys Hits. Flu vaccination status must be included in the submission notes. Description: Candidates are expected to have a specific cover page included with their submission. All locations where the candidate is open to working must be listed. All shifts the candidate is willing to work should be indicated in the submission. All departments the candidate is open to working must be checked on the cover page. Candidates should be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. Travel experience in a pediatric setting is preferred.
