Family Practice - With OB Physician

LOCUM PHYSICIAN FAMILY MEDICINE Sulligent, Alabama

Location: Sulligent, AL Setting: Adult Primary Care Schedule: Mon Fri 7:30AM 4:00PM Start Date: ASAP 3 month contract with extensions and option to move PERMANENT IF DESIRED

ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Provide primary care
• Patient volume: 14-20 per day
• EMRs: Epic
• Supported by APPs, physician, and nursing staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified FM
• Active AL license
• BLS & DEA certifications
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
