Exciting Opportunity for a Neonatologist in Appleton, WI!
Pediatrix Medical Group is expanding our Neonatology services in Appleton, WI! This is an exciting career opportunity for a Neonatologist to join our brand new practice.
Job Responsibilities:- Collaboration between pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to cover the newborn nursery and provide family-centered healthcare.
- Join a team of 4 Neonatologists covering a Level 3 NICU and Newborn Nursery at St. Elizabeth.
- Participate in a schedule that includes 24/7 in-house coverage and day rounding.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement (CQI) and clinical research projects.
- Exchange best practices and ideas with numerous Pediatrix providers working across more than 400 NICUs.
- Open to all board-certified/eligible Neonatologists, including experienced providers and new fellows.
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine REQUIRED
- Wisconsin medical license (or willingness to obtain) REQUIRED
- Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start) REQUIRED
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) REQUIRED
- Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (to be completed prior to start)
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Wisconsin State Medical License (or willing to obtain)
- DEA Certification
