Opportunity: BC/BE - Emergency Medicine
This is an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician (or BC/BE Family Medicine with EM experience) to join a collegial, team-oriented department. The facility is seeking to add a 5th physician to their current team of 4 emergency medicine providers.
Job Details:
- 1.0 FTE position consisting of 11 shifts per month with opportunities to pick up additional shifts
- 24-hour coverage with 12-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)
- Single physician coverage during 1:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. with additional coverage during peak volume times
- NP/PA coverage weekdays and weekends (9:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m., 7 days a week)
- Annual volume of 13,000-14,000 patient visits per year
- Average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
- EPIC DAX ambient voice system for clinical documentation
