After two years, physicians moved to an incentive compensation plan. Physicians may choose to end the guarantee period early if financial and quality targets are being met. Signing Bonus: Generous sign-on bonus offered Vacation: Paid Time Off: 35 days, including vacation, CME, and holidays.
