Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care during inpatient shifts.
- Attend and manage neonatal emergencies as required during on-call nights.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system to document patient care activities accurately.
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and standards.
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Neonatology
- Must be licensed to practice in Tennessee
- Prior experience in neonatology (2+ years preferred)
- Certifications required: Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
