We are looking or a full time Urgent Care Physician, IM or FP. This position is a 3 day, 12 hour shift per week position. The position would be a two year agreement on a guaranteed salary, with the ability to become a shareholder at the end of the two years and salary would then be based on production.
Our Urgent Care most often has 3 providers on duty at any given time with at least one of the providers being a physician and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. (Hours may vary on other holidays throughout the year.) There is the requirement that the physician will oversee the NP/PA during his/her shift. The Urgent Care Department is open every day of the year with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Salary will be based on the MGMA median with a range of $220,000-$270,000
