About the Practice:
We are a well-established, 20+ years strong, and growing plastic surgery practice based in Northern New Jersey. Known for delivering world-class patient care, state-of-the-art facilities, natural results, and a highly collaborative team environment, we are a full-service cosmetic and reconstructive surgery center.
Our specialties include reconstructive breast surgery, facial rejuvenation (including facelifts), advanced microsurgical techniques, DIEP flap procedures, and body contouring. In addition, the practice operates two successful medical spas.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgeon to join our team and support the continued growth of our practice.
Position Summary:
The Plastic Surgeon will perform a wide range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, with a particular emphasis on breast reconstruction, microsurgery, DIEP flap, facial surgery, and body contouring. The ideal candidate has advanced microsurgical training and excellent aesthetic judgment, paired with a commitment to exceptional patient care.
Surgeries are performed at local hospitals and surgery centers. The schedule is Monday Friday (days), with hours varying depending on surgical and call schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including:
• Breast reconstruction (post-mastectomy)
• Facial rejuvenation and facelifts
• Microsurgical procedures (e.g., DIEP flaps, nerve repairs)
• Body contouring (abdominoplasty, liposuction, etc.)Conduct comprehensive consultations and pre-operative evaluations
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and safety standards
Provide post-operative care and follow-ups
Maintain accurate, timely medical records
Participate in practice marketing initiatives and educational events
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff
Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Completion of an ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency program
Fellowship training in microsurgery strongly preferred
Expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures; DIEP flap surgery experience highly desired
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to delivering superior patient care and aesthetic outcomes
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $400,000 $600,000 , based on experience and skill set
