We are seeking a Board Certified Nephrologist to join our expanding team!
Position Details:
The practice offers a comprehensive range of nephrology services across various settings. Patients receive care through an office practice and at multiple dialysis clinics , which also include options for home hemodialysis . Additionally, the team handles all inpatient and intensive care unit (ICU) renal services at a single tertiary, academic hospital , where they are actively involved in teaching residents, students, and fellows.
This position allows for the opportunity to participate in outpatient and inpatient transplant service for transplant fellowship trained providers. As part of its comprehensive services, the practice owns and runs a community outpatient vascular access center. This center is supported by a dedicated team of two interventional Nephrologists and two full-time access surgeons.
Responsibilities include:
- Team based (18 physician/5 APP) hospital coverage is roughly 1:5 weekends.
- Credentialed and Medical Directorships at 15 different dialysis facilities.
- Call coverage roughly 1:12 nights.
- 3 transplant certified nephrologists integrated with top NE transplant center.

Qualifications
Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before you begin practicing.Board Certification and DEA license required.
