Assignment Details:Dates: December 24 (8 AM) January 3 (8 AM), with ongoing dates available
Schedule: Weekdays 8 AM 4 PM + Evening Call (4 PM 8 AM) 24-hour Call on Weekends
Setting: Hospital-based facility Epic EMR
Case Load: procedures per 8-hr day
24-hr On-Call: $4,400 (includes 4 gratis hrs)
24-hr Holiday Call: $5,000 (includes 4 gratis hrs)
Callback: $420/hr (after gratis)
Holiday Callback: $600/hr
Orientation/Training >8 hrs: $200/hr
Average Callback Time: 1.5 hrs
Diagnostic & therapeutic vascular interventions (angiography, angioplasty, stenting, thrombolysis, embolization)
Vascular access (PICC, central lines, ports, IVC filters)
TIPS, drainages, aspirations, biopsies (all sites incl. bone)
Pain management (epidural/joint injections, vertebroplasty, blood patch)
Paracentesis, thoracentesis, chest tube insertion
Arthrograms, myelography
Uterine artery embolization, Y90/TACE, cryoablation
Nephrostomy, stent placements, gastrostomy tubes, fistulograms
Preferred (not required): Neuro stroke thrombectomy
Lodging provided (per MSA guidelines)
Flights accepted for traveling providers
