Salary and Benefits
- Starting at $225,000+ based on experience
- Health insurance through Cigna begins the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of rheumatologic conditions in an outpatient setting
- Average patient load: per day
- Flexible scheduling: 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours per week
- Collaborate with a full support team including front desk staff, medical assistants, phlebotomists, and specialty providers
- Use EPIC EMR system for documentation and coordination of care
- Educate patients on disease management and preventive care strategies
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
- Clear and active medical license in the state of Florida
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- New graduates and fellowship-completing physicians will be considered
