Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: December 2024 May 2025 (potential for extension)
Schedule: 3 days per week
Shift options : M-F, 8a-5p
Call: None
Patient volume: must be comfortable seeing up to 20 patients/day once ramped up
Scope: Outpatient pediatric primary care, ages 0-18, well and sick visits
EMR: Epic (experience required within the last 18 months)
Group/support: Full subspecialty support
Required: Board certified (board eligible if within 2 years of training), CA license, COVID vaccine and booster, must have OP PED experience within 12 months, must have three references to provider (including a supervisory one)
