Radiology - Interventional Physician

Location: Hospital in Urbana, IL Position: Interventional Radiology Locum Physician Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Truly Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
• Active Illinois License (IL CS and DEA required)
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
• Call: 1 week out of every 6 weeks

Onsite orientation required prior to first assignment (typically set for 7:30 AM 5:00 PM), including physical, drug screening, immunization review, administrative paperwork, and EPIC Training. Licensing Restriction:

• Candidates must currently hold an active Illinois license.

Travel:

• If within driving distance, round-trip mileage and lodging are covered.
• For those out of driving distance, indicate the need for flights.

Compensation:

• $450.00 per hour
• Orientation rate for the weekday prior to first assignment (7:30 AM 5:00 PM)

Submission Requirements:

• BC/BE in Interventional Radiology (Required)
• Active Illinois License (Required)
• Availability as requested (Required)

Notes:

• Preference for candidates with clean and easy-to-credential backgrounds.
• No extensive malpractice cases or high payouts.
• Actively pending cases need prior discussion.
