The Deputy Program Manager shall assist the Program Manager in managing project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems. Required Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum education and years of experience requirements for the following: High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years -OR- Associates Degree: 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. -OR- Bachelors Degree: 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. -OR- Masters Degree or higher: 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent A Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence or related field, and A minimum of 8 years experience, including the following: Minimum 4 years management experience. Minimum 5 years of experience as a credentialed CI Special Agent, or intelligence officer. Minimum 2 years of staff officer experience supporting an Intelligence organization, to include maintaining accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and disseminating information across the command. Understanding of CI investigations, operations, and intelligence analysis. Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment. Must be able to work both independently or as a member of a team. Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities and activities as needed. Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
