Our client, a Japanese home goods manufacturer with a strong design and quality reputation, is preparing to launch a new brand for the U.S. market. They are seeking a trilingual professional to oversee quality control and provide customer service support as needed.

Responsibilities Oversee quality standards for new and existing product lines. Coordinate with U.S. and Japan teams on design/testing, and communicate with Chinese factories on QC matters. Conduct sample and production inspections, maintain QC reports, and support product improvements. Provide responsive support to U.S. customers and retail partners, handling inquiries, claims, and returns as needed. Qualifications

3+ years of QC or product development experience (consumer goods preferred). Strong knowledge of QC processes and inspection standards. Fluent in

English, Japanese, and Chinese

(spoken & written). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Why Apply?
