Job Summary
Leads regional sales territory with specialized expertise in electrical products, services, and market dynamics. Applies broad commercial acumen and data-driven insights to guide strategy, optimize performance, and influence cross-functional initiatives. Recognized as an expert within the organization, this role operates with autonomy, solving complex problems and contributing to long-term functional planning. Key Responsibilities
Drives to achieve regional sales targets by managing forecasting, territory planning, and strategic execution across multiple customer segments. Directs individuals to execute territory management plans, account strategies, and customer engagement initiatives, that support high-impact sales results. Develops strategy to increase revenue, customer retention, and market share through data-informed initiatives and strategic account prioritization. Implements systems to track performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends, ensuring proactive adjustments to optimize results. Creates integrated business plans in collaboration with marketing, operations, and product management teams to support go-to-market strategies and regional alignment. Advises senior leadership and cross-functional teams on customer behaviors, economic factors, and competitive intelligence that impact sales strategy. Coordinates externally with distributors, key clients, and strategic partners to strengthen regional relationships and identify new growth channels. Provides guidance to sales managers and account executives on opportunity management, negotiation techniques, and customer lifecycle strategies. Collaborates with regional sales agents to share insights on performance management, strategic thinking, and leadership principles, supporting their development and strengthening future regional capability.
