ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in the Foundation’s FP&A efforts, collaborating with Program staff and management. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, conducting custom financial analyses, leading improvement projects, data mining, dashboard creation, and management reporting. COMPENSATION

Experience BA degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a data-analytics field, with some education in Finance/Accounting 5+ years of relevant work experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Finance-related experience, including budgeting and financial analyses using complex data from multiple systems Experience with technology implementation and improvement projects Analytical and financial modeling skills Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize insights and translate concepts into solutions Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex lookups, IF statements, and automation Experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning systems, including report and dashboard creation Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analytics software Strong project management skills and ability to lead or contribute to multi-functional teams Kevin Perez published this page in Job Board 2 years ago
