Working throughout the hydrologic cycle, we are delivering sustainable solutions to make sure water is where it should be and available when needed. Our experts guide our work with scientific rigor, an innovative spirit, and a vision for growth. Every day, we help communities improve, reuse, and protect this precious resource for future generations. By 2025 we’re hiring 2,000 people (like you) to join our team. Grow with us, H2O+U.

Lead and evaluate work of the design team in developing studies, drawings, and narratives for design memoranda, layout, plans and specifications, and related computations for civil engineering designs. Review and approve civil engineering design analysis, drawings and specifications for completeness, accuracy, suitability, and compliance with sound and economical engineering principles. Represent Stantec at regular client meetings, evaluate and respond to questions raised by technical engineering review comments, and ensure that design satisfies the intended project purpose. Serve as Task Order Manager or Technical Project Manager for planning and coordinating civil infrastructure and facilities projects from basis of design memorandum through final design, and engineering during construction. Interact with clients and develop and manage scope, budget, and schedule on projects. Lead project collaboration among internal team members and clients.
