Physical Med & Rehab Opening in Michigan - Located in Bay City, MI - Lansing 85m, Detroit 110m - Full-time, permanent - Seeking BC/BE Overview: - Join an established Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation program serving the community for over 40 years - Single-hospital coverage with excellent work-life balance - Partner with an experienced Physiatrist providing both inpatient and outpatient services - Inpatient responsibilities include consultations, admissions, and patient evaluations for a 20-bed rehabilitation unit (average 10-15 patients daily) - Outpatient practice includes diagnostic ultrasound, EMGs, and fluoroscopy-guided injections, alongside PT, OT, and Speech Therapy clinics located on-site - Inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient clinic are on the same campus - Monday-Friday schedule with 1:4 call - Candidates with fellowship training or interest in Pain Management will be considered for program development - Strong collegial support model including physicians, Medical Director, and Program Director - Competitive compensation package with relocation assistance, CME funds, malpractice with tail, comprehensive health/vision/dental, license/DEA reimbursement, and retirement options About the Area: Bay City, MI, with a population of around 32,000 residents, is a vibrant waterfront community located along the Saginaw River and the shores of Lake Huron†s Saginaw Bay.
