- Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine and Internal Medicine
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WA medical license, DEA with WA address, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, CME (past 2 years), BC in ABEM OR ABFM OR ABIM
- EMR: Cerner
