Join the Merchant Services team at JPMorgan Chase! As a key member, you will drive the end-to-end client experience. As a Relationship Manager within the Technology Media & Telecoms team, you will manage a portfolio of global large corporate clients. Your role involves maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with the firm-wide bank coverage team, JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services, and working towards meeting profitability goals through strategic client management, re-contracting, and new business acquisition. Responsibilities include:
Achieving business objectives, including revenue targets, client satisfaction, and relationship growth. Executing sales/support strategies across various lines of business to optimize service delivery. Acting as the primary contact for clients and internal partners. Implementing client strategies and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Understanding client needs to develop tailored payment solutions. Preparing and delivering quarterly reviews and market analysis. Representing JPMorgan at industry conferences. Qualifications:
8+ years in strategic relationship management/business development in Payments. Experience in contract negotiations, managing complex clients, and working with Fortune 500 clients. Comfort working with C-suite stakeholders. Strong collaboration, presentation, and communication skills. Willingness to travel. Preferred Skills:
Experience in technology, fintech, or related industries. Master’s in Business Administration preferred. Certifications like CPFPP are a plus. This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, with employment contingent on background review.
