Director of Sales
to drive revenue, build strong local partnerships, and elevate our brand in the Mobile market. This is more than a sales job—it’s a chance to shape the guest experience, build a high-performing team, and make a mark in one of the region’s most exciting properties. You’ll be the lead connector between the community and our hotel, including two outstanding on-site restaurants. Responsibilities
Develop and lead a sales strategy to dominate the luxury hospitality space Build lasting relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and community leaders Work closely with our restaurant teams to promote events and group bookings Oversee sales operations, manage key accounts, and guide the team to exceed targets Be part of the executive team—collaborate cross-functionally and lead with vision Qualifications
3+ years of sales leadership experience in an independent upscale hotel Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of the Mobile market and strong community ties is a plus Experience mentoring a team and executing strategic initiatives High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset Perks
