Job Summary:

The

Digital Media Specialist

plays a key role in telling the Cantex story by highlighting our, services, and workplace culture across our healthcare network. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing engaging digital campaigns that promote our company, services, and career opportunities. You'll create meaningful connections with patients, families, referral sources, and job seekers while increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and growing our online community.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent practical experience. Must possess a passion for social media and digital marketing. Proficiency in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or video editing is a plus Familiarity with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Strong writing and organizational skills A collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and grow through feedback Functions: Assist with content creation, including social media posts, graphics, blog drafts, newsletters, and event promotions. Create short-form videos and reels to showcase our services, culture, and career opportunities in a creative and authentic way. Use Canva to design marketing materials; basic Adobe Creative Suite or video editing knowledge is a plus. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Help manage the social media content calendar and monitor engagement using sprout social. Stay current with digital trends and proactively recommend creative ways to improve brand presence. This role may include additional assignments as needed to support the team and organizational priorities. Career Development
