Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities and Duties
Direct and supervise 6-8 residents daily in a clinical setting
Conduct weekly faculty meetings to discuss resident performance and clinic operations
Complete monthly evaluations of residents, focusing on their medical knowledge and professionalism
Precept and teach not only residents but also medical students
Maintain a collaborative and educational environment, fostering both learning and professional care delivery
Additional Information
Required to hold a board certification in Family Medicine
Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Valid North Carolina medical license is mandatory
Proficiency with Epic EMR system
