Senior Business Development Manager Mission Reporting to Director of Sales and Program Management N. America, Business Development (BD) Manager's main missions are:Promote OPmobility's modularity to OEMs, traditional automotive OEM customers and non-automotive customers.Create new business relationships, generate new opportunities, and help secure orders with N. American OEMs, in line with Business plan aspirations of the region.Responsibilities & Activities Build and cultivate strong relationships and networks with customers and partners in our traditional and non-traditional customer markets related to increased modularity.Strategically identify new opportunities at OEMs and at new start up EV makers to capture new business, and also support expanding into new markets for offroad vehiclesFocusing on how to increase modularity at OEMs and determine the value proposition to OEMsFocusing on penetrating new markets such as off road vehicles Lead all requests for information or request for quotation activities including business case creation and price setting for submission to customers. Create accurate business cases with strong collaboration with supporting departments and also across other business groups. Responsible to create quote release documentation, and present the full business case to OPmobility Modules leadership for approval.Lead all negotiations with the customers until business award. Following business award, support the transition of the project to the Project Team and the Account Management team from a commercial perspective.Maintain a strong and accurate marketing database and lead targeted benchmarking activitiesContribute to OPmobility results by generating profitable growthStrategic planning for profitable growthUnderstanding and monitoring industry trend in modularityIdentify growth opportunitiesUnderstanding and monitoring the competition landscapePropose products and pricing strategy for newly identified market opportunities Lead pioneering business development of new modules and participate to dedicated external events (Tech Days at Customers, trade shows etc).Search for potential business alliances partner to address tactical needs to further deploy our market presenceDefine and monitor business plans together with Sales Director, to ensure that we participate and maximize our chances for regional RFQsTechnicalUnderstand the automotive mega and micro trends for modularityUnderstand and communicate the customer's needs - expressed or not - and make the adequate technical proposals with support from Sales Engineer and technical teams within the business groupPromote OPmobility's technology and its strengths and value proposition versus competitorsInteract and collaborate in a close manner with the OPmobility technical experts and business development experts on large scale modules to customersKEY MEASURES & FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITYMarket share (Business Plan)New Product Penetration - off road vehiclesNew Market (region) Penetration - new organic growth with new business awards generated from business development activitiesNew Customer Penetration with modulesWining business at defined financial KPIs Date: Aug 28, 2025 Location:
