Staffmark is seeking Customer Care Specialists to provide exceptional support to our customers and sales team. This role handles inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels and manages product returns, order entry, and order management.
Pay & Schedule Options:
$17/hr | Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Remote Mon/Wed/Fri, In-office Tues & Thurs $18/hr | Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Remote Mon/Wed/Fri, In-office Tues & Thurs $20/hr | Tues - Thurs 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Sat & Sun 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM | In-office Tues & Thurs Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, order tracking, product specifications, and solutions Enter orders via phone, email, or EDI and ensure accuracy Follow up on incomplete orders or issues to deliver world-class service Assist customers with navigating websites and processing returns or credit requests Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products Enter feedback into SAP and maintain up-to-date product knowledge Adhere to workplace safety, company procedures, and core values Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer care experience, preferably in a product support call center Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and 10-key/keyboarding Ability to work independently and in a team environment Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends as needed Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, finance, or business-related field Experience with SAP and contact management (ACD) systems
