This role supports the Project Management team by handling administrative and ERP-related tasks to ensure smooth project tracking and communication. The responsibilities include updating project statuses, managing email communications, downloading and organizing drawings, and maintaining accurate records in D365. This position is essential to the success of the ERP transition and helps alleviate workload from Project Managers. Responsibilities
Update project statuses and manage email communications. Download and organize drawings for project management. Maintain accurate records in D365. Support ERP transition by handling administrative tasks. Communicate with customers to request information and provide updates. Manage a high volume of projects and maintain monthly touchpoints. Use templates and structured communication to maintain consistency and professionalism. Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry and project tracking. Experience with ERP systems and administration. Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of projects. Excellent email management using Microsoft Office and Excel. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rugged environment. Ability to take direction from multiple sources. Adaptability and resilience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
