Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk! The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract postion with a HYBRID schedule, paying $21 to $24 per hour!
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data from various source documents into designated systems and databases. Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed. Maintain and update records to ensure data integrity. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Retrieve information from the database or electronic files as requested. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors and resolve any incompatibilities. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role is preferred. Fast typing skills (minimum 45 WPM) with high accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
