Yale New Haven Hospital is currently offering
part-time
Patient Care Associate (PCA) positions across various adult inpatient units.
These positions are available for flexible shifts, including Day, Evening, and Night shifts. Qualifications
Education : A high school diploma or GED is required. Completion of a CNA program or equivalent (such as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, or Student Nurse who has completed at least one semester of clinical experience). Experience : Either two years of direct patient care experience or relevant education as stated above. Skills : Effective communication, teamwork, ability to prioritize, and proficiency in accepting direction. CPR certification is required. Physical Demands : Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks with proper body mechanics.
