You will follow our recipes and ensure that our warm, ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken is available for families to enjoy at home. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming shopping experience, so a positive attitude and a smile are essential!
What you'll be doing:
- Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items according to specifications, while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Quality Control: Check expiration dates, maintain temperature control, and dispose of expired or lower-quality products to guarantee the freshest items are available.
- Customer Service: Assist members with their orders, demonstrating a commitment to member satisfaction and high-quality service.
- Team Collaboration: Work with fellow associates and cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing, while managing inventory effectively and eliminating waste.

The estimated hourly wage for this position ranges from $16.00 to $23.00, with additional compensation based on specific circumstances.
Minimum qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. If hired, you will be required to complete training and assessments for this role.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in food service and a Food Handler Certification are beneficial.
