Senior Network Support Engineer - ISP

Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Juniper routers and switches, ensuring optimal network performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BGP and other routing protocols, as well as layer 2/3 network configurations. Act as a key escalation point for network-related support issues, working closely with customers and internal teams. Analyze network performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency. Assist with network upgrades, deployments, and configuration changes as required. Skills/Must have: 4+ years in a network support role, ideally in an ISP, MSP, or data center environment. Hands-on experience with Juniper routers and switches. Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, or MPLS. Expertise in layer 2 transport methods such as VPWS, VPLS, or EVPN. What’s in it for you?
