Qualifications Strong knowledge of Law and Courts Experience with drafting and reviewing Motions Proficiency in conducting legal Research Skilled in handling Depositions Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Member in good standing of the State Bar of Florida Experience in litigation is preferred Seniority level
