Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Client Partner - Airline
to lead client engagement, relationship management, and growth strategy for one or more key airline industry accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of airline operations and technology trends, coupled with a proven track record of driving growth through consultative selling, solution development, and strategic partnership building. Key Responsibilities:
Own the overall client relationship for major airline accounts, acting as the single point of contact and trusted advisor. Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing opportunities in digital transformation, IT services, engineering, cloud, data/AI, and operations. Build and maintain C-level relationships across the client's business and technology organizations. Collaborate with delivery, solution, and practice teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services. Develop and execute account strategy aligned with client's business goals and internal growth objectives. Drive customer satisfaction and ensure renewals and upselling of new services. Manage contract negotiations, commercial terms, and financial forecasting for the account(s). Stay abreast of industry trends and bring innovation and thought leadership to clients. Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in IT services with strong exposure to the airline industry. Deep understanding of airline business processes (passenger services, operations, cargo, MRO, loyalty, etc.). Strong consultative sales and solutioning background, with a successful track record of growing enterprise accounts. Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a global delivery model with onshore/offshore coordination.
