Your main duties will include leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and foster a positive team environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and personalized experiences. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Requirements: 3-5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.Solid understanding of automotive sales processes, financing, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in CRM systems, DMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
