Working at Citi is far more than just a job. A career with us means joining a team of more than 230,000 dedicated people from around the globe. At Citi, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career, give back to your community and make a real impact. Job Overview

Citi Funds Transfer Pricing (CitiFTP) is a global platform designed to execute Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) across all Citigroup businesses. FTP plays a critical role in determining the internal pricing of funds transferred between business units and treasury. It ensures that the revenues and expenses of each business are properly adjusted to reflect the costs and benefits associated with funding and liquidity risks stemming from asset and liability generation. CitiFTP will unify and streamline this process by providing a standardized, transparent, and consistent framework with strong governance and oversight. The CitiFTP Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps function, drive automation, improve infrastructure reliability, and ensure smooth and efficient software delivery across the organization. This role is critical to building scalable systems, enabling fast-paced development, and aligning infrastructure goals with business priorities. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers, collaborating with cross-functional partners across engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and a passion for continuous improvement in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, system monitoring, and deployment processes. Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps engineering team; promote a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Oversee management of multi-test environments supporting large-scale Big Data applications, web services, and downstream integrations. Own the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization using tools like Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, GitHub, and BitBucket. Oversee the automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. Drive platform governance, automation, and performance optimization across containerized environments, leveraging OpenShift and Kubernetes. Collaborate with development teams to support Java, Spark, and Python-based applications, ensuring smooth integration into CI/CD workflows. Integrate and manage secrets and credential handling through Vault, ensuring adherence to secure DevOps practices and Citi's Developer Manifesto. Implement and monitor code quality and security scanning tools such as SonarQube, BlackDuck, and enforce development standards across the pipeline. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems to improve system reliability and uptime. Define and track key performance metrics around deployment health, system uptime, build stability, and pipeline efficiency. Work closely with product engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and security teams to align DevOps goals with Citi's Enterprise strategy. Research, recommend, and implement emerging tools and technologies to continuously modernize the DevOps ecosystem. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or infrastructure engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Harness, GitHub, BitBucket, RLM, Terraform, Ansible, and Tekton. Proficient in Java, Python, and Linux shell scripting for automation and tooling. Solid understanding of Spark and distributed data processing environments, Cloudera familiarity a plus. Experience with containerization and orchestration using OpenShift, ECS, and Docker. Familiarity with Vault for secrets management and secure credential handling. Experience with Ansible or similar tools for configuration management and automation. Strong knowledge of code quality and security scanning tools like SonarQube and BlackDuck. Deep understanding of infrastructure reliability, scalability, and observability best practices. Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog). Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of partnering across engineering, infrastructure, and security teams. Education
