Job Description: Pay Range: $38hr - $40.62hr The Production Planner ensures alignment of production activities with internal master schedules, oversees operational performance measures, manages floor stock, and coordinates resources across teams. The role requires strong ERP and Excel proficiency along with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment. Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years of related experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of related experience, or Graduate degree with 2 years of related experience. Previous planning and/or new product introduction experience. Experience in an electronics production manufacturing environment as a production planner, master scheduler, demand planner, or supply planner. Experience monitoring operational measures including efficiency, floor inventory accuracy, release on time, and on-time delivery. Strong Microsoft Office skills, highly proficient in Excel (formulas, V-lookups, pivot tables, graphs, charts). bility to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, peers, and subordinates. Strong results-oriented and deadline-driven work ethic with high attention to detail and flexibility. Experience: Releasing work orders to the production floor based on schedules, part availability, and capacity. Monitoring manufacturing conformance to schedules using ERP systems and expediting items as needed. Managing and controlling manufacturing floor stock. Reporting variances and developing action plans. Coordinating scheduling of shared equipment and personnel. Overseeing multiple assignments and providing guidance, coaching, and training to others when required. Responsibilities or Duties: Develop internal master schedules in coordination with manufacturing engineering and material management. Monitor production schedules, identify risks, and report on variances. Oversee and manage floor stock, inventory accuracy, and efficiency measures. dvise management on material availability and production status. Coordinate shared resources across processes. Provide training and guidance to team members when required. Work under general supervision and may lead projects with delegation responsibilities. Skills: Experience with ERP systems including MRP and MPS capabilities. dvanced Excel skills with ability to prepare detailed reports and visualizations. Qualification or Education: Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or Graduate degree with 2 years of experience. Preferred Skills: PICS certification. Lean Manufacturing certification or training.
